Took my truck here because AAA had them as an affiliate. They quoted me over a thousand dollars for a THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT!!! Good thing I’ve had this issue with another vehicle in the past and knew damn well it shouldn’t cost that much. I immediately had it towed to another location that charged me a third of the cost. Even with the extra tow cost I still paid an extremely reasonable price with another shop. What a joke. Just save yourself the money. Especially if you’re a woman, I definitely feel they were trying to pull a fast one on me. The only good thing that came from them is I now have a reasonably and trustworthy auto shop to take my vehicles to because I decided to get a second opinion.

I wrote a review on August 11 and gave them 1 star based on what I thought was handled wrong. Since then I was contacted by the manager Fred, and we had a nice long conversation about this. He was polite and friendly. He explained me his point of view and also about some of the intricacies of the AC system mainly the compressor, and I explained him my point of view. We did not 100% agree, but Mister Fred did as much as he possibly could to close the gap between what I thought should be done and what his thoughts about this matter were. And I appreciate that. I took my car back to the garage and he checked it himself, fixed the problem and checked it afterwards again. It was a good experience. At all other times in the past my dealings with this garage have been good as well, hence I have changed my initial 1 star rating back to a 5 star rating, and I whole heartedly recommend this garage to all.

Took my car to Doral Auto Care & Tire Center yesterday after my brand new car picked up a nasty screw on one of my run flat tires on my way to work yesterday morning. The screw was so big that it destroyed the tire and I was forced to get a new one. I was able to make it to Doral Auto and they were able to get me a great deal on a replacement run flat tire for my car, an even better quality tire than what my car originally came with. They were economical, efficient, and had quick service. My service person was Zak, he was great and looked for the best deal to save me as much money as possible. I was truly impressed with how they were able to help me so quickly and in just a few hours, I was back on the road! Thank you all again!
