These guys tend to overcharge, wanted more then double the national average for parts a labor warranty company was gonna pay. Edit: to your claim of cost, you were more then double the replacement cost. I have another shop doing the same work for 100 dollars more then what the warranty is paying for due to the alignment so I find this to just be inaccurate on your respone. I also have done work with you for brakes on an f150 years ago and you broke a sensor and wouldnt admit to bad install. Honestly you guys charge close to 40 dollars for a tire repair, that should be 15 to 20 max. I mean we can go all day, but your prices are just not justified, your simply just close and convenience was the situation.
Hey Chris. We do a tremendous amount of warranty work at our store for large fleets and individual clients. We have checked the estimate provided to your warranty company and it is a below market estimate. We encourage you to get an estimate absolutely anywhere. Warranty company's are looking to save as much as possible at the expense of quality. Once the warranty is up, it is no longer their responsibility. You have a nice truck that should be getting good quality replacement parts. In the case of your particular claim, the warranty company on covers failed components which are not considered wear and tear items. When your caliper locked up and damaged the brake pads and rotors, they did not make themselves responsible for the brake pads or rotors. We wish you the best.
