8am appointment for an oil change and new battery that took 6 hours. $400 later…Picked up the car and check engine came on. Came back to get told “yeah, that has nothing to do with the oil change. You’ll need a diagnostic.” I’m no expert in customer service but if you have a customer wait 6 hours and charge $400 for service maybe “let me see if someone can check that really quick for you” or even “could you bring it back tomorrow morning so we can check it for you” would’ve been better responses.
