They told me nothing was wrong and sold me an oil change i did not need because my husband just had the oil changed last week. Hey Daphne, we are really sorry you saw the situation like that. When you arrived for service you asked us to check the oil change record and to check the brake light bulbs. Since you have been coming here for years we checked the record and saw that it was due. While doing the oil change we inspected the brake light bulbs at no charge whatsoever. They are working. It seems that after picking up the vehicle your husband informed you that the oil change was recently done at jiffy lube (no updated oil sticker) and the problem with the brake light bulbs was actually a problem with the running lights. When you return this too was checked at no charge due to the misunderstanding. However, we should tell you that our staff simply could not have been more kind and understanding given the circumstances. Your oil change was refunded immediately.
