My close friend knew the team over at Doral Auto Care would take care of me. An hour before closing on a Saturday the staff was still very welcoming. They thouroughly inspected my flat, filled up my spare and helped me realize I would be able to get a discount at the place I originally purchased the tire. Fred even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was getting the right replacement tire. I will definitely be getting work done with them in the future.

I took my Cadillac in because it needed a new alternator. Mathew was very kind and helpful with the initial process. The following day they called me to assess their findings and final amounts for the repairs. They did the repairs and I was able to pick up my car the very same day! Fred was great and really took time to explain everything in detail. I'v been coming here for years and they never disappoint. I always leave happy and confident I came to the right place. Car was in 3 days before given a quote then ok to do service took 3 days more for parts 1 was incorrect yes great manners for 1 staff but now fix so quickly after they stated can't get the correct part. Red flag . Got car within 3 to 5 days same problem started again must take it back after nearly 2000.00 spent I pray it get fixed no more $$$ chaged calling Corp office
