They charge to much for labor all they did was spark plugs and charge me 597.14.a straight rip off I will never recommend anyone to go there especially blacks on a fix income .rode out my Gas for whatever reason my experience was terrible. I would never ever go back to them it's sad all that money just for there labor the parts was only 152.00 .just robbery I leave it in the hands of God and he will deal with them Angel,Frank especially they know they robbed me it was too much money for nothing.
Hey Chris, really sorry you feel that way. The warranty company declined your repair and the spark plugs on your Cadillac take a long time to replace. We gave you all the information about the repairs you still need and discounted the diagnostic. Simply searching Google you will find that the price provided for your repair was below market value anywhere in the country for a shop like ours with a nationwide 2 year/ 24k mile warranty. If you had any issues we wish you would have told us at any point during our multiple conversations.
