The entire staff are wonderful but Fred in particular took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car, how they were going to fix it and even let me know the cost up front. I've gotten quite a few flat tires over the years and every time I call their always so accommodating even on a busy day they make time to help me out. Thank you guys so much you're very much appreciated!

I was on vacation in Miami when my 2020 Explorer signaled a zero percent oil life left. I had the oil changed 1 week ago at Oxmoor Ford in Louisville, KY so the light was a surprise. Our maybe not a surprise since I have had this same dealer not change the oil in an F150 I owned prior while charging me for the service. Doral Auto Care worked me into their busy schedule and showed why they receive such good ratings. Very nice and understanding crew. You guys rock! Charles
