At the beginning I had a bad experience. Even though I called the day before, explained in details my needs and scheduled an appointment, when I showed up the employee told me they couldn't provide the requested service. I tried to give feedback about the situation but the employee had an attitude. Luckily there was someone else there who properly delivered customer service. My advice to the management: please train your employees to listen to clients and never give poor answers as "It wasn't me who gave you the appointment".

I don't know how long thing place been in business but i've driven past it for years i finally gave them a chance and man i don't know why i have never visit this place sooner. Angle was AMAZING ! he was very knowledgeable and fast. he ran to my car to get the vin and tag. like literally ran. there was only 1 person behind me but he showed an urgency to take car of me fast. and the oil change literally took 20 minuets. I was only in the place 40 minuets. pulling out i called my wife and told her we got a new shop! i will definitely be back and will definitely recommend. To my Veterans, ask for Angle !

I had seen this place so many times, and I never thought to go by until recently that my tire was leaking. I am so glad that I did, super friendly service, the guys there are also funny and charismatic. It feels almost like a family of miami springs business. I have now told all my family that we need to service our cars there! Highly recommend Doral Auto !
