I went to drop my grandmothers car off the other day for an alignment & some basic maintenance & I was very pleased with my whole visit. It was my first time here at doral auto center as well. I dropped it off in the morningg & I told the gentleman at the front who were very nice and helpful, that I had to make sure to get my grandmothers car back before a certain time because I had to be at work later that afternoon. They assured me it would be done before that and I didn’t have to worry. They definitely delivered on their promise. Everything was done in a timely fashion, and explained down to the last detail which I found very helpful. They also had a shuttle service option for me to decide if I wanted to sit in the waiting room for a couple hours while my car was getting fixed or the option of getting dropped off back at home until the car was ready. I highly enjoyed this feature. The doral auto service team is absolutely splendid. I can see myself coming back again for sure and definitely recommending this place to others!!
