Came here for the first time because I had an issue with my engine fan not working, car overheating, and ac only working at high speeds. Brought my car in after scheduling an appointment the night before. They were quick to hear the problem and get the car looked at. I was going to Uber home while I waited for them to figure out the issue, but just as I was about to schedule the Uber, Angel offered to give me a lift to save some money since the repair could potentially be costly. (I was super surprised at this because I haven’t experienced this kind of customer service in Miami... ever) An hour and a half before they said they would have the diagnosis finished, they called me and let me know what the issue was. Now, if I had to say something I was disappointed with was the cost. Not because I think they weren’t fair in their price, car shops in general tend to be very high because of the labor. Either way, the problem was fixed completely and done very quickly, but thoroughly. All in all, they’ve earned my trust for sure and any whenever future problems on my car come up, this will be my first stop. Thanks, Angel!
