Called reference a brake pad replacement quote, I was advised to come in for quote. I drive to location made contact with front desk attendant I spoke to. He went to ask I’m assuming a manager (white long hair) , this individual did not turn around to even look at me just moved his head side to side referencing no can’t do it today. Attendant asked me to come back, i prefer not to put myself in another bad experience like this over a simple quote. Suggestion to business owner have your all your employees acknowledge your customers no matter what position they are. No need to reach out as I would be worried to drop of my car now for fear of retaliation from that individual to my car.

I've been going to Doral Auto Care for about 5 years now and very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them.

After giving a quite scathing review of my experiences here I had the new owner personally call me and apologize for the mistakes his predecessor made. he gave me his personal assurance that he would make sure I’d would never have experiences like that again and believe him. He took the time to reach out to me and was very professional. For that I’ll remove my previous 1 star review and move it up to four stars until I have a chance to use his establishment under his management. Thank you for your call
